Shipping information

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery is made exclusively within Germany. If you require delivery abroad, please contact us first before placing an order. Please assume that customs duties may be incurred for shipments abroad. All items on offer are ready for immediate dispatch unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description.

We deliver the orders e.g. by GLS, DHL/German Post or by forwarding agent. Delivery within Germany is free kerbside and, unless expressly stated otherwise, is free of charge.

Delivery times

The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-3 working days for parcel service deliveries and 2-5 working days for forwarding agent deliveries.
Please note that the delivery time for orders to other EU countries may be extended by 2-3 working days.
